Frequently Asked Questions

Placing an order for a Musomoda product is easy. Just add the items to your cart, enter your billing and shipping information and place your order. Also enter your Mobile No. and E-mail Id.

Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email which contains all the details related to your order. You can also view your order details in My Account Order status. You will also receive an SMS.

Within 4 working days of placement of order.

You can use a Debit Card, Credit Card, Upi or Net Banking to pre-pay, or you can use the system of payment against delivery. For payment against delivery, only cash payment is accepted. Credit Cards accepted are Visa and mastercard.

Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order details. After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details. You can also log into your account and view the status of your orders

Please be advised that some orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

Hide Craft gives a warranty of one year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear do not comprise a manufacturing defect. Examples of manufacturing defects are zips not working, lock closure affected, buckles detaching etc.

Please e-mail customercare@musomoda.com giving details of the product and the nature of defect. We will arrange a courier pick-up, repair or replace the product and deliver it back to you as soon as possible (normally within 10 days). You do not have to pay anything.

Please send an e-mail to customercare@musomoda.com and give us the product details along with reasons for return. If we agree with your reasons, we will arrange for free pick up and refund your money.

If we cannot supply you another piece or repair the product, you will be entitled to a full refund. This amount will be credited to your account.

All credit cards, Debit cards and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.

If your payment fails, please retry and ensure that the information passed on to the payment gateway is accurate, that is, account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that our internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days.
